| Founded in 1999, Revenue Enhancement Consultants, Inc. has a full-service approach to making sure their clients are successful. Owners Craig Handley and Tony Ricciardi, along with Vice President Serena Ramirez, are unique in that they have seen the world of marketing from practically every perspective. They have worked for Fortune 100 companies, in door-to-door sales, as well as telephone sales; consulted with large and small customer service call centers, developed the operational and technical support systems for call centers, and trained thousands of sales agents in many different environments; they've written their own sales training manuals, consulted with club/third-party companies, worked in the data business, and built programs for Direct Response clients to run in call centers to increase sales. This mass of experiences allows them to "think in circles", to look at your campaign in multiple dimensions. When a client comes to them with a problem, not only have they seen it before - they know how to fix it. They analyze projects, determine the clients' needs, and use their creative business skills to maximize performance on various platforms. |

| Mr. Handley is the founder of REC, Inc. A company born of hard work, a little luck, and lots of creativity, it is his ingenuity and vision that drives the growth and direction of the company. Craig served in the US Army, spent four years studying music as a vocal major in college, and started his career in marketing through door-to-door sales. Starting from the bottom, he has worked up through the ranks within several call centers to gain his expertise. Mr. Handley has been a consultant in almost every product category for hundreds of different products and services. |

| Tony Ricciardi |

| Mr. Ricciardi comes from a corporate background with MCI Telecommunications in Sales and Management within their emerging markets division. In 2000, he left MCI for a start up opportunity pioneering the post-transaction marketing space online. Since then, Tony has successfully driven multiple start-ups including the growth of REC, Inc. and its subsidiaries. At REC, Inc. as a founding partner and President, Tony focuses on new business development and strategic alliances for both the U.S. and Mexico based company operations. |

| Mr. Ricciardi holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Business Administration, Marketing major, from University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, CO. |

| Chris Handley |
| Director of Operations |

| Mr. Handley has been with REC, Inc. since its inception in 1999. His current position as Director of Operations is to oversee the implementation of new partners and to ensure that our daily operations run smoothly. He comes from a background in Chemical Sales, and has over six years experience in the telemarketing and direct response industries. Past roles at REC, Inc. include management of our compliance area monitoring thousands of calls from various partner call centers. |

| With over 22 years experience in the direct response and telesales industry, Ms. Ramirez enjoys a proven track record with respect to front and back-end marketing strategies. Her dedication and knowledge give her the ability to create, analyze, re-design and fine-tune offers that sell, often turning marginal campaigns into blockbuster successes for her clients. During the past two years, Serena has developed, implemented and managed highly successful inbound and outbound campaigns which give REC, Inc.'s clients an enormous edge. |
